Very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Offered to send the product by post, as I live 20 miles away, but I decided to call and collect anyway. In store, they spent time explaining the product and demonstrating exactly how to fit it. Very good customer service, especially in this day and age.

Bought an amp at Audio T in Preston - arranged beforehand as I was travelling a long way. The audition room was set up and ready and the staff were friendly and accommodating - even made me a coffee! I pretty much knew what I wanted, so advice wasn't sought, but I was left alone to demo to my hearts content until I was sure of my decision. I'm very happy with the whole experience and would buy from again in a heartbeat!
