Just thought I'd drop a line to say how helpful the staff at Audio T Portsmouth have been, all staff via phone/e-mail and especially Nick with his pre/post sales service. It is one thing to give good customer satisfaction when things go well, another thing entirely to be diligent and helpful when the product itself goes wrong (twice in my case!) Nick offered help and suggestions and did a really nice job of demonstrating the replacement kit in different configurations. In essence his professionalism and attentive service made it feel like having a friend around.
